Admire the power of the ocean from the Rocher de la Vierge, take a lesson in surfing or surf lifesaving, go for walks along the coast, stroll in the fishing port, or climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse to admire the 360° view. Take the family to visit the maritime museum and ocean centre, to discover a host of marine species and pierce all the ocean’s secrets. 

Fine gourmets will head for the market halls in the town centre, just 300m from the apartment, where you'll be able to sample all sorts of local products, such as foie gras, Bayonne ham, ewe’s milk cheese, the famous gâteau basque and, of course, oysters and seafood.
