Nestled in a 30-hectare pine forest on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the beach, we can satisfy all your needs with regards to professional events. The Le Vieux Port Arena is a 750m² events venue with a capacity of 2,800 people for a concert and 1,100 in the theatre configuration. The complex is in Messanges in the Landes region, on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and has 5 other function rooms, all equipped and modular, with a capacity ranging between 10 and 100 people. 

The biggest room is fitted with a sound system and all the necessary facilities:

• 90m² Stage
• Video projector
• Giant screen: 4x5 m
• Plasma screens on either side of the stage with return monitor

All of this is included in the room hire and managed by our managers.

There is a room adjacent to this large room, with 200 m2, which is also fitted with a sound system and has an interactive screen. 

All the rooms are equipped with a paper easel stand, notepads, pens and individual bottles of water.

Make the most of this unique setting to combine work and relaxation, thanks to the various activities on site or nearby; surfing, electric scooters, paddle boarding, go-karting, spa, golf, treetop adventure trails, rafting, quad-biking, escape game, boat trips at sea, etc. We offer a wide range of à la carte activities to complement your event.
