Welcome to the Oasis, a campsite that really lives up to its name! At an ideal location just 1 km away from the Mediterranean and 1.5 km from the lovely little resort of Port Barcarès, the Oasis & California is two campsites rolled into one, offering the best of both worlds between the California’s ‘zen’ feel and the get-up-and-go spirit of the Oasis.
Once you’ve settled into your very well-equipped mobile home with TV, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, you’re ready to enjoy your much-deserved holiday.
Port Barcarès: Famous seaside resort with 8 km of beaches bearing the ‘Blue Flag’ certification since 1986. Come and explore the charms of the Languedoc-Roussillon, visit the markets, learn about the culture, see the ship ‘Le Lydia’ on dry land, and walk around the lake surrounded by authentic fisherman’s houses. - Collioure (39 km or 45 min): The bay, beach and seawall make this town absolutely picture-perfect. The church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges overlooks the cove and little marina. Come and witness the Catalan spirit in this unique place with plenty of heritage sites and monuments to visit - To the south, the Albères mountains, the Pyrenean foothills, plunge into the big blue sea. The iconic peak of Catalonia, the Canigou, overlooks the Roussillon plain with fields of artichokes, tomatoes, vegetables stretching into the horizon... As well as apricot and peach groves, and of course vines! - To the west, the Corbières limestone cliffs tower into the sky, with the perched châteaus on the top of the hills, evidence of the history of the Cathars (Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, etc.). - This campsite is the perfect base camp for exploring the local area: Salses (château), Leucate (oyster farming), Rivesaltes and the Agly valley (wine), Tautavel (Musée de la Préhistoire), Perpignan (Palais des Rois de Majorque), the rocky coast (Collioure, Banyuls, etc.) and the coves of Costa Brava, Le Perthus, Figueras (Dali), etc. - Aqualand 10 km - Sigean African Reserve 43 km

Swimming & well-being
You can relax in the newly refurbished 2 pool areas with heated outdoor pools, paddling pool, water slides, racing slide, Jacuzzi and spa area. The pool area in the California section of the campsite has recently been renovated. You’ll have great fun in the wave pool, or you can choose to relax in the Jacuzzi, and then dare to take on the high slides! You’re in for a thrilling ride!

In July and August, the campsite really springs to life for the summer. Between water sports and cultural discoveries throughout the region, in addition to the daytime activities and evening entertainment organised by the energetic entertainment team, you'll also find moments to relax before or after swimming, without the risk of getting bored!

The campsite offers plenty of amenities to make life easy for you. The 2 campsites are separated by a quiet little road. You can move freely between the two campsites in the safety of a pedestrian crossing specially equipped with a gate on either side of the road. Oasis sector: Open from early May until 17th September, the bar and restaurant proposes a varied menu including some Catalan dishes and also does takeaway food. Fancy a cocktail, a glass of lemonade or a delicious ice cream? Then come to the bar and enjoy the shade of its colourful pergolas. The grocery shop opens from early June to early September (mornings only from 8 am to 12 noon in the low season - 8 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm in the high season). It sells fresh produce from the region as well as bread and pastries, newspapers, beach accessories, clothing, souvenirs, etc.. There’s also a barbecue area available to use (grills provided, bring your own charcoal). California sector: The facilities here have been refurbished to offer guests even more diverse and top-quality services. There is a brand-new Bar/Restaurant, open in July and August, for refreshments and a relaxing drink with friends, providing an additional choice for a place to eat with a varied summer menu.
Across the campsite: Various rental facilities and a mail collection service help to ensure your holiday needs are met to perfection! A launderette is also at your disposal with washing machines and dryers as well as irons and ironing boards available on loan. Free Wi-Fi connection throughout the entire campsite (1 code per stay for 2 devices at the same time - Possible to purchase access for additional devices online).
